The Health Professions Council of South Africa is a statutory body, established in terms of the Health Professions Act and is committed to protecting the public and guiding the professions.

Financial Services The role of the Financial Services department is to ensure that the Council maintains satisfactory accounting records, and that annual financial statements and any other related information are prepared and audited on annual basis. It also ensures the professional management of internal financial controls which will provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievements of the Council objectives.
