Guidelines: Failure of refresher programme assessments
In terms of section 26 of the Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act 56 of 1974), compliance with certain conditions of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a requisite for continued registration with the HPCSA. The HPCSA may from time to time make rules on CPD pertaining to each profession.
