The Health Professions Council of South Africa is a statutory body, established in terms of the Health Professions Act and is committed to protecting the public and guiding the professions.

Committees

Tender Committee

 The Tender Committee of the Health Professions Council of South Africa was established on 28 October 2015 by a resolution of Council, in terms of Section 10 (1) of the Health Professions Act, 56 of 1974.
The Committee aims to ensure that administrators comply with the procurement modalities and processes in order to ensure that tenders and the procurement processes of Council are dealt with in a manner which is procedural.
